Website and commercial terms framework.
The production terms must match the actual product, checkout, cancellation, usage, data, support and investor-access processes.
1. Website use
Define permitted use, intellectual property, prohibited conduct, third-party links and account security.
2. Product scope
Describe OneHolo as administrative and customer-operations technology. Exclude medical, dental, legal, financial and other professional advice.
3. Orders and pricing
Specify the catalog version, monthly recurring fees, one-time charges, quoted hardware, third-party fees, taxes, order acceptance and the point at which a contract is formed.
4. Subscriptions and cancellation
State billing frequency, renewal, payment failure, upgrades, downgrades, proration, cancellation timing, refunds and any minimum term selected by the customer.
5. Usage and communications
Provide fair-use, telephone, SMS, carrier, voice, messaging and third-party service disclosures. Avoid unconditional “unlimited” claims.
6. Implementation and integrations
Clarify customer responsibilities, third-party systems, compatibility, credentials, project scope, delays and acceptance testing.
7. Human escalation and restricted uses
Require human handling for clinical, emergency, sensitive, complaint, financial or unresolved matters. Prohibit using the service as a substitute for licensed judgment.
8. Data, privacy and security
Incorporate the Privacy Notice and applicable customer data-processing terms. Do not represent HIPAA compliance unless the specific offering and contracts support it.
9. Investor portal
State that access requests create no offer, investment right or entitlement. Require NDA, approval, qualification and executed transaction documents before funding instructions.
10. Disclaimers, liability and disputes
Use counsel-approved limitations, indemnities, governing law, dispute resolution and venue consistent with corporate and customer documents.
